Papi has been wanting to take The Kid to the zoo for a while now and it didn’t disappoint. It was a beautiful afternoon in Griffith Park. Oliver loved walking around the zoo and he really enjoyed the waterfalls. As far as the animals are concerned it appeared that Oliver liked the Bears the best. After one of them let out a big roar Oliver decided to mimic it. It really was cute to hear The Kid growl back at the bears. When he let out the growl it surprised the little old lady who was standing behind us.
Zoo Hours 10am-5pm daily (Closed December 25th) Although the literature says that the zoo is closed at 5pm, they start to put the animals away at 4pm so keep that in mind if your planning to visit.
Oliver, Grammy loves the zoo! My favorite at the San Diego Zoo were the Hippo's! They swam like ballerina's. So graceful! Wait till we go to Seaworld!!!!! You are one lucky little boy- your Dad's are going to show you off to the world! I miss you! XOXOXOXO Grammy
