Avocado: Brain Food? or Green Mush?
This morning we tried Avocado for the first time. According to the Avocado Lady at the Hollywood Farmer’s Market, Martha Stewart calls avocado “baby brain food”. Whatever it is, it has to be better than the sugary fruits right? Oliver likes avocado best when it’s just a little warm and served with his rice cereal—but you can tell from the pictures he is quite happy eating them straight.
So far we are at Rice Cereal, Banana, and Avocado. Next week? Who knows what we’ll add to the diet. I know one thing for certain--there will be no more breast milk after this weekend.
