If we didn’t get Grammy the tickets she would have gone on and on (and on)about how Alicia disappointed her.

Now she can go back and tell everyone what a wonderful performance it was, how the moon was bright, the night balmy, and Alicia song not only her songs but added a couple standards in the Billie Holiday style. That's what we do here at the Oliver house. We make our people happy again.

Oliver and I got to stay home and spend some much needed time together. Just the two of us, I had Oliver all to my self. We danced, and sang in our own mini-concert. Right there in the living room. We weren’t exactly alone. Cousin Shawn was fast asleep on the couch in the media room. He was visiting between shifts—that kid works too damn hard. Apparently you can sleep walk through life. He didn’t make for much of an audience, but then again neither does the audience at the Taper.
